ALL students planning to participate in athletics at LIS

MUST have a sports physical completed before they can tryout for an LIS sanctioned sport. Without a physical on file they will not be allowed to tryout.

Tryouts will begin the first week of school. Please contact your child's physician to schedule this ASAP.

You may pick up all the necessary forms in the LIS office, or the LHS athletics office.
